The first of the three entrepreneurs based in Honduras that the publication mentions is Mohamad Yusuf Amdani Bai, who occupies fifth place on the list.

Amdani Bai is president of Grupo Karim's, which manages companies and sectors related to the textile, hotel and real estate industries; In addition, manufacturing for the JC Penney and Medline Industries brands. Its annual income is more than US$5.5 billion.

Sixth place on the list is occupied by businessman and politician Jaime Ronsenthal Oliva, president of Grupo Continental, which manages banking, insurance, real estate, technology, energy, newspapers, telecommunications and agribusiness. It has assets of US$1,173 million and its turnover was US$155.8 million in 2013.

The third Honduran is businessman Miguel Facussé Barjum, president of the Dinant Corporation, with investments in food, agribusiness, biodiesel, biogas and cleaning and home care products. Facussé occupies eleventh place on the list of the twelve most important millionaires in the isthmus.

According to the World Ultra Wealth Report 2013, Honduras ranks eleventh in countries with the highest number of millionaires, surpassed only by Guatemala in Central America.
